Letter from the President (updated 6/9/09)

Fellow ASPE members, This has been a busy year with many successful events and activities. I encourage you to join us in celebrating the successes of the year with an opportunity to socialize with fellow members on our Harbor Cruise event coming up on June 24th. Booking of the event can be done through our current events page. We will be celebrating the award of scholarships to 5 individuals who will benefit from our annual golf tournament fundraising, welcoming new officers to the board, and networking with fellow members.

Personally, I have enjoyed serving the organization for the last two years as President and will now move to a Board position as Immediate Past President. I have also made a recent change to a new opportunity at Bond Brothers, please note my new contact information below. I look forward to seeing you at the June 24th event and catching up with everyone. Feel free to share your ideas of how we can continue to improve our support of local members and activities. Revision of the ASPE National Bylaws

This year the ASPE Bylaw Revisions Committee has completed the total revision of the ASPE National Bylaws. These revisions will be voted on at the National Business Council Session, Saturday, July 25, at the 2009 Convention in St. Louis.

ASPE Chapter #25 Scholarship Program

Deadline May 15th 2009

Three (3) scholarships of $1500 each will be offered to registered ASPE members or family members of registered ASPE members. As a membership incentive, new members and their family members are eligible, providing the membership is processed prior to the application deadline of May 15, 2009.
