Questions / Cancellations: John F. Santucci CPE, 781-391-1424

After the success of last year’s panel on “What GCs and Owners Want and Need,” we are taking the discussion one step further and asking “What do Subcontractors Need and Want from GCs and Owners?”  Each of us strives to work on a successful, efficient team and hopes to perform work on the highest quality projects.  By understanding each other’s needs, Owners, GCs and Subcontractors can optimize their project’s ability to succeed.  Join panelists from some of the area’s most recognized Owners, GCs and Subs as they use their vast project experience to explain the pitfalls and possible consequences that are derived from a failure to meet their project needs.

Cancellations: ASPE is responsible for “no-shows”. If you cannot keep your reservation after the deadline, you will be invoiced. To avoid this, you must send someone in your place.

MIT Faculty Club Parking:
The MIT Sloan parking lot will be closed, effective January 1, 2007 due to major renovations. In the meantime, parking will be available at both the E-51 and the Hayward parking lots. Complimentary parking is available on weekends and after 3PM on weekdays.

Directions to the lost are as follows: E-51 Parking Lot: from Memorial Drive, turn onto Wadsworth Street and take the first left onto Amherst Street. The lot is the first left.

Haywood Lot: from Memorial Drive turn onto Wadsworth Street and take the first left onto Amherst Street. Take the first right onto Hayward Street – the lot is located on the right.

Public Transportation: conveniently located near the “Kendall/MIT’ stop on the T’s Red Line. Follow Main Street to Wadsworth Street; continue walking towards the Charles River, and take the staircases on your left to the top. We are on the 6th Floor of Building E52, which is on the right at the top of the staircases.
